At Certified Heating & Cooling, we aim to provide our customers with excellent service and an exceptional experience. However, we understand that needs and circumstances can change. This policy outlines our terms regarding refunds, exchanges, and cancellations.
Products:
- All sales of products are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on products, including equipment, parts, supplies, etc., due to sanitation reasons.
- Defective products will be replaced subject to manufacturer’s warranty guidelines. Contact us within 30 days of delivery for warranty claims.
Services:
- Services such as installation, repair labor, and maintenance plans are non-refundable once scheduled.
- A 50% deposit is required to book any services. The deposit is non-refundable if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
- You may reschedule an appointment up to 48 hours in advance at no penalty. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice will forfeit your deposit.
- All service cancellations must be received in writing via email to admin@certifiedair.com. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.
Custom Projects:
- For custom new construction or renovation projects, a 10% cancellation fee applies if canceled once project paperwork is signed and the deposit is made.
- Materials purchased for custom projects are non-refundable once the order is placed by Certified.
Emergency Service Calls:
- Emergency service calls that are canceled before the technician departs the shop will incur a $75 trip charge.
No refunds will be given due to weather, personal or vacation schedule changes once any order, schedule, or purchase has been confirmed. Certified must receive cancellation notices during normal business hours. We reserve the right to offer credits or discounts toward future services instead of refunds.
